Course Name: Markets Concepts & Fundamentals Course Duration: 12 hours (2 weeks) Time: 7pm-9pm GMT (11am-1pm EST) Delivery approach: Online interactive instructor led using Microsoft Teams. All sessions are recorded and will be available for students after each session. Maximum number of students: 10 Course Topics: - Understanding the economy cycles - Understanding the building blocks of the markets - Understanding the key market data Indicators - Economic events and its impacts on the stock markets - Types of tradable assets - Execution of trades: ○ Exchange types ○ Online brokers and account types - Fundamental analysis vs Technical analysis - Type of traders - Explore portfolios of top hedge funds and their Investment/trading style (e.g. ARK Invest, Berkshire Hathaway)
